Mr. Hughes began his career in finance with Corporate Securities Group in Cincinnati, OH in 1991 and has been active in business development and funding since 1987. Since that time he has served as the CEO and co-founder of Ramsay- Hughes, Inc., a Cincinnati, OH based merchant bank; co-founder of RH York & Company, a regional securities broker/dealer; co-founder of the Greater Cincinnati Fund, a registered mutual fund later known as the Mid-West Regional Opportunity Fund; Mr. Hughes has participated in the early-stage funding of numerous public and private companies in a wide variety of industries. |

Dr. Harter most recently served as president, and CEO of ADSnetcurve, an IT Services firm servicing global 1000 clients; Dr. Harter was previously the divisional vice president and general man ager of the eastern US home healthcare division of Praxair, Inc., (NYSE:PX), an $8 billion global Fortune 500 organization; Dr. Harter holds a BA degree in business from the University of The State of New York, an MBA degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a doctorate in management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Harter is also a graduate of Harvard Business School's three year Owner/President Management Program. |

Mr. Reibling has spent his 29 year career in the IT industry. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of bCatalyst Advisors, LLC, Kentucky’s premier middle market M&A firm. Mr. Reibling spent 17 years at IBM, and 6 years as the president of the cabling infrastructure division for Pomeroy IT Solutions Mr. Reibling is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and earned his MBA through Xavier University in Cincinnati. |
